Sam has an extensive background in a wide range of strength & movement disciplines including bodybuilding, Crossfit, powerlifting and gymnastics. With a passion for excellence and understanding Sam is committed to understanding how the human body functions and how to apply these learnings to his clients. Sam handles most of the day-to-day operations at The Peoples Gym as well as exploring how we continue to grow and help more people.

JOEL
Joel brings a wealth of experience to the team with an extensive background in various sports, yoga, flexibility, Ju-Jitsu & strength practices. With an eagerness to learn and grow constantly Joel is dedicated to helping his clients in any way he can. Joel handles most of the programming, including our group class programming & makes sure that we are looking after our Tribe wherever we can.
