WHAT IS STUDIO?

With our hybrid STUDIO membership our clients get the best of both personalised and group training, with some added extras thrown in for good measure!
 

PROJECT SESSIONS

A weekly small group personal training session of maximum four people where you focus on your own curated training program under the guidance of a coach, and alongside others like you. 

TRIBE SESSIONS

Access unlimited group training sessions that supplement and create a foundation of strength, mobility & conditioning to make your physical training complete.

OPEN GYM

Got more time or want some extras? Open gym sessions are available to do the extra work you want, follow a program on the app or just come in and stretch. Coaches are present, and we love a chat!

To support you, we need to know you. All new clients start with an introduction session so we can understand where you are, and where you want to be. From here, we can point you in the best direction!
