THE MINIMALIST PROGRAM

We understand that not everyone can afford or has the time to get into a gym or training studio, so we created The Minimalist program.

A specialised program designed to improve full body strength, joint mobility, and overall physical health with minimal time, space, experience and equipment. 

If you're a busy parent with a crazy schedule, or perhaps too far to work with us person but still want our support, this is the program for you!

Practicing Yoga at Home

WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE?

  • Short and effective 30-40 minute home-based workouts 2-3x per week

  • Requires minimal equipment and space

  • Combination of strength and joint mobility to keep you strong and feeling good

  • Alternative exercises and access to exercise library to keep it accessible for all ages and levels 

  • Personalised support and accountability from a coaching team

  • Delivered through our custom fitness app, including extra resources and features
