  • What are you membership fees?
    Due to the personal nature of what we do, we focus heavily on finding the right solution for you, your budget, and your schedule. Our fees vary on what we think is the best course of action for you, and can range between $40-200 per week depending on you're goals, needs and wants.   • Where are you located?
    The Peoples Gym is located at 14b Railway Parade, Thornleigh, 2120.
  • What hours are you open?

  • What type of group classes do you run?
    Our approach is a hybrid combination of both group (1:10) and small group personal training (1:4) that gives you access to the best of both worlds, and allows our team to support you the best we can. Check out more about our studio and group options here!
  • What makes you different to other gyms or studios?
    While most gyms focus on getting as many people in the door as they can, we prioritise working with the right people. We aren't looking to work with everyone, only those that are committed, ready and willing to work with us, and are looking for a studio that provides a unique, personalised and structured approach.   • Do you only offer personal training?
    No, we have a group-based training option as well! However, we believe in the power of connection with our clients, and so we always include an element of personalised training in our hybrid STUDIO membership. Learn more about this here.
  • I'm elderly or injured, do you have experience with this?
    Yes! In fact, most of our clients initially come to us because they need more support and guidance. We pride ourselves on being a place for all ages, abilities and levels, and supporting you through your own personal journey, no matter where you are.   • I'm not in the area, can you still help me?
    Yes! We have a dedicated online coaching program that strives to fill the gap between expensive 1-1 personal training, and self-guided fitness apps that typically leave people lost or injured. Our goal is to make good quality coaching and support accessible and affordable. Learn more about it here!
